I dislocated my knee playing football and need to rebuild my quads. does anyone know good exercises? - rebuild the knee

One exercise that I can think is, leaning against the wall thinghs and parallel to the ground. Is that reasonable? Try 3-5 reps per day do not hurt yourself. When you get are a member of a gym, talk to a fitness trainer in train and inform you about some of the exercises as you work in a business they can.

Why not walk on water, you can always use belts sports shop. You will also feel like a right tit, but it works.
Short sessions are best
Can 6x1min 1min example, you do this every day to build up to 10 then 15

try the bike that helped me when I encountered the same problem. Not more than 10-15 minutes per day, then add a minute after this time every day.
But of course, everything depends on the fact, heal all the good things and seriousness it was a shift, though will be good this year.
